Client Photo Release Agreement

I, the undersigned, hereby grant By The Sea Dog Photography (owned and operated by Rider) the unrestricted right and permission to use, reproduce, and publish any photographs taken during my session for promotional and marketing purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to, use on the company’s website, social media platforms, advertisements, print materials, art galleries, and product sales.

I understand that:

• The images remain the sole property of By The Sea Dog Photography and are protected under copyright law.
• No financial compensation will be provided for the use of these images.
• The photos will be used in a tasteful and respectful manner that highlights the artistry and personality of the photographed pets.
